All our products are designed and made in Australia. We encourage you to explore design. Each piece has a certificate of authenticity with the story of how the design evolved and how it was made, signed individually by the designer.

Our goal is to have 100% of the materials to create our pieces sourced from Australian produced product. We want to encourage those who are unable to work 9-5 in the city to create, and sell their pieces. We feel the work of BlazeAid should be supported. We pledge to donate to the volunteer group from all our sales, helping to support those who support our Australian farmers.

From our second Birthday - 2nd October 2017 our goal was to have 100% of the materials to create our pieces sourced from Australian produced product. By 2020 all our new pieces are made with mostly Australian made content.

The process of the creation of products is shared as new owners indulge in quality Australian designed and Australian made items. Products are available for those who admire craftsmanship, support Australian industry, and want to own something distinctive. All items available on “A DESIGN EXCURSION” site are a unique, one-off, or a limited edition, and made in Australia.

We currently are continuing to design, connect, create, and perfect our products ready for you to enjoy.

We are also encouraging the use of recycled materials. Our goal is to encourage Australians to share their creations. This includes our rural community which could often thrive by thinking about diversity. Its all about 'slow style' not 'fast fashion'!

Often pieces are not created because of time, marketing, costs, availability of resources and production, and the public not being aware where to find such. A DESIGN EXCURSION aims to provide an avenue for all to have the opportunity to enjoy the design process and a final Australian designed and made, environmentally conscious product.
